Just a little update on the BLUEHOLME™ Prentice Rules saddle-stitched hard copies:

The cost, as per my previous post, is US$9.99 by surface or US$11.99 by air to pretty much anywhere in the world.
Do be aware, though, that I’m shipping from Hong Kong so the time to deliver surface mail can be extremely variable – sometimes it’s barely slower than air mail, sometimes it takes a month or two – so you may want to base your choice on whether you need the book urgently or not!
