As the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules Art Kickstarter is well into its final 24 hours, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the backers and the community which made it happen. Not only will all the original internal art be funded, but backers get the free bonuses or illustrated class-specific character sheets, the ready reference tables of the Referee Repository, a city guide for the eponymous city in the Blueholme Brochure, and a fine trove of treasures, traps, tricks, and travellers waiting in the Explorer Encounters.

Bear in mind that Kickstarter delivery dates always slip, but I will do my level best to get things out to you as soon as humanly possible. The timetable now is as follows:

  1. Mid-May: Kickstarter clears funds, I confirm artists briefs, and collect responses to the Kickstarter backer survey.
  2. Mid-July: Artists complete their work, I insert the art into the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules.
  3. August: Backers receive PDFs of the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules and the six illustrated character sheets.
  4. September: Backers receive PDFs of the Referee Repository, and the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules PDF goes live on OneBookShelf for retail sale.
  5. October: Backers receive PDFs of the Blueholme Brochure. I order the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules hardback and softcover print proofs.
  6. November: Backers receive PDFs of the Explorer Encounters.
  7. December: The Referee Repository, Blueholme Brochure, and Explorer Encounters become available on OneBookShelf for retail sale. If no more errata is incoming, the BLUEHOLME™ Journeymanne Rules PoD hardback and softcover books are ordered for backers at this time. Shipping and delivery dates depend on Lulu. I will try to time this to coincide with Lulu’s free shipping coupons so backers don’t have to pay extra for postage (these happen quite regularly, but if you’re really impatient you can always opt to pay).

There’s still time to get in on the action, to up your pledge, to add extra hard copies when they become available, or just to tell your friends – this kind of deal won’t ever come again for BLUEHOLME™.
